Seascape Studio, Whitstable is bright and open plan with a stunning seascape view. It has been lovingly designed by us, with attention to detail given to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. Guest entry is via a private front door with private parking in front of the studio, the studio is up a set of stairs. We provide a breakfast hamper, toiletries, towels and linens. There is a small courtyard for private use, a sunny spot for a cuppa or glass of wine. The sea is a 10 minute walk away.

The Slopes, Whitstable

This pet friendly accommodation is only a couple of hundred yards from Tankerton beach. The Slopes offers high end comfortable accommodation within a private self contained annexe to a pretty bungalow. You will enter via your own private entrance via key safe. The property comprises air conditioning, superking size bed, small sitting room, shower & w.c, flat screen TV, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, beach towels and front garden patio with seating. Please note there is no kitchen sink.

Sandy Shore is a unique guest suite located in an iconic Art Deco home. Featured in the Sunday Times Style magazine and used as a venue for film, fashion and music shoots, this stylish apartment offers up to 4 guests the chance to experience Broadstairs in a peaceful, scenic location. A 15 min. walk from the station and Broadstairs town, 3 sandy beaches and the village area of Reading St and it's famed cafe. The suite has it's own tropical garden with large patio for dining and relaxing.

The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

Perfect for guests that want to relax in the Kent countryside with great walks/cycling and pubs in the surrounding area. Also, for those attending, the ABDO college is a two minute drive away. The fantastic beaches of east Kent such as Whitstable, Broadstairs and Margate or on the south coast at Camber Sands are all within a 45 minute drive.

Cosy Woodland Annexe

Our Annexe is a modern, cozy space, with free parking. The annexe is adjoining our home, but guests have their own private entrance. Inside is a spacious lounge, with settee, table and chairs, TV with Netflix and WiFi. We can offer our guests a breakfast of home cooked pastries, just let us know if it is something you would like.There is a seperate good sized, bedroom overlooking the garden,with a double bed and wardrobe. There is modern shower room with toiletries provided.

Close to the City but away from the noise, #42 is a modern double bed studio apartment in South Canterbury. The house is on New Dover Road but is set back way back from the main road, offering a tranquil location just minutes from the city walls. Your own separate dedicated entrance, double bed, bath/shower, sitting room and a private balcony overlooking the garden awaits you. Special arrangements can be made to accommodate up to two young children (max 7 years)

Located in the countryside yet very close to Canterbury , University & Whitstable. This room is completely private and not overlooked, with its own private patio. Connected to the house but with its own entrance . A great place to unwind but also convenient for Canterbury, Whitstable and the coast. We allow one good dog. The room and bathroom has MVHR , which is a mechanical ventilation heat recovery system which keeps the air circulating.

Historic town of Canterbury is nearby but beach is only a short drive away too. Being just over an hour from London and 10 minutes from the Euro tunnel its ideal for a 'quick stop off' or a 'tranquil get away'.
