Nice, calm 3 rooms flat with its own entrance and little garden. In 7 min. you can walk to the sea or reach the city center of old Liepāja. We have 2 separate bedrooms: Room 1: Bed 140x200cm Room 2: Bed 160x200cm - it can be devided in two separate beds. The Livingroom with good equipped kitchen has about 27m2. Here's another possibility to sleep on bed sofa. Bathroom with big rainshower, washing machine (incl. dryfunction) and dishwasher. Free public parking. Enjoy it ;-)

We are family friendly - baby crib is available for free, and shower is suitable for bathing children.

SouthWest Seashore newly renovated apartment in Liepaja is located just 300m from the beach. The 1-room freshly renovated apartment (35 m2) are located on the 3rd floor. BALCONY with a greenest view on park trees and sound of the birds and sea. Free parking by the house. 25 minutes walking distance from the Liepaja centre. Tram stop is very near. You are only short ride away from city centre.

Bicycles available for FREE to our guests 2 bedrooms (large double bed which can be easily split in 2 single beds). Other room equipped with a large and very comfortable triple sofa-bed whic can be made into 3 single beds or double. The beach is 100m from the house. Next to the house there is a cycling and pedestrian route which runs trough all Liepaja trough sand dunes and a seaside park. Close to a shopping center, South Forts and Liepaja "narrow" tram.
