We provide tea, coffee, milk and cereal as basic breakfast items. Smart TV with free to air TV apps installed. Streaming services available. Due to beach location phone signal can be patchy as mobile towers are over the ridge.

Our spacious, 100 year old Guestsuite is walking distance to UWA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood Hospital. It consists of a large lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!
