Apartament jest w całości na wynajem, nie ma w nim pozostawionych żadnych rzeczy właściciela. Do dyspozycji gości: pralka, suszarka bębenowa, odkurzacz, mop, herbata, kawa, cukier, sól / pieprz. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia: naczynia, garnki, ścierki, płyn do mycia naczyń oraz tabletki do zmywarki. W zależności od preferencji gości, mogę przywitać gości osobiście lub pozostawić dla nich klucze. Apartament mieści się w centrum starej pragi, w niedalekiej odległości od centrum.
