The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

The breathtaking landscapes and the location of the villa offer the privacy needed for a peaceful and relaxing holiday and a perfect departure point from which to explore central Tuscany.

L'appartamento indipendente si trova a 15km da Siena, 20 km dai centri Termali e a 40 minuti dai borghi di san Gimignano e Monteriggioni. Nel complesso è presente un'azienda agricola che produce vini e olio con la possibilità di visite guidate e degustazione dei nostri prodotti con cene a tema.

The house enjoys a rare and enchanting view of the Val d’Orcia and Monte Amiata, ensuring maximum privacy. The interiors mirror the charm of the Tuscan style, with antique furniture and finishes made by local artisans. From the house you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the green Sienese hills where centuries-old olive trees and vineyards alternate from which the prestigious Chianti is obtained. Ideal for 2 people looking for a relaxing stay away from the chaos of the city. On request it is possible to add a baby bed and a cot.
