The Old Post Office is bright and modern, situated in the heart of Doonbeg - a small and charming seaside village in West Clare which acts as a wonderful base for touring the county. The Townhouse overlooks the Doonbeg River and is a stone's throw from the 2 restaurants and 4 pubs. The unit has a luxurious ensuite bedroom upstairs and an open plan living area downstairs, comprising a beautiful kitchen, as well as a dining and lounge area. The back door opens out to a courtyard garden.

(A car is necessary - we are in a very beautiful rural area with very limited public transport.)

The Old Schoolhouse is a beautifully renovated house which was originally the local national school built in 1887. All rooms in the house have breath taking views of the Shannon estuary. The house has wooden floors and ceilings throughout and a balcony where guests can sit and have breakfast overlooking the river. We have stunning views of Quilty Bay, Mutton Island , the Aran Islands and Mount Callan.

Kinvara is also home to the historic and beautiful Dunguaire Castle.
