2-bedroom, 1.5 bath home is part of a duplex, the other side has a full-time renter. Quiet street, walking distance from restaurants, shopping, etc. in East Vancouver. There is enough parking for 2 cars to fit in tandem in the driveway + plenty of street parking. One bedroom has a K bed and the other is an office space with a trundle bed that can be set up as a T or K and a Q plug-in air mattress. Because this is a rural area, the cell phone reception is not so good in some areas of the house, especially downstairs. TV works well and texting works everywhere. WiFi is good. We ask our guests to agree to our house rules and sign a Liability Waiver before checking in.
