Access to a beautiful 33' above ground pool! We are conveniently located about 5 miles from downtown Abbeville, and only a 10 minute drive to Erskine/Due West!

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. *please note the water is low right now. It is let down every winter for repairs . We have a one bedroom with a queen bed. Living room with 2 couches. Sunroom looking towards the lake with 2 futons that can sleep 2 each. The kitchen is full with pretty much anything you need. Also we have a cooker and charcoal grill on the porch. No Wi-Fi sorry! Please bring your on linens and towels. There are some there and if used would prefer you to wash and put away.
