Welcome to our beautiful Victorian home located in the quaint town of McGregor, Iowa. Our 2,800 sq. ft. home was built during McGregor's early years as a Mississippi River boom town. Attractions include antiquing, biking, fishing, hunting, hiking and boating! We're a short drive from Pike's Peak, Effigy Mounds and Prairie du Chien. Hayden's Hideout apartment is just two blocks from the river on Schiller Street and within walking distance of everything you need in downtown Guttenberg! Completely overhauled in 2020 with central air, furnace and fiber internet from Alpine Communications. Fully furnished private bathroom and kitchen. Adults only, no pets and no smoking. Conveniently located 150 feet from the Guttenberg Brewing Company where they are now serving food! Including food trucks every Thursday and Saturday!
