Camps Bay Gorgeous Bright Spacious Home

Wake up to beautiful mountain views at a spacious, open-plan family home with plenty of natural light. Update on the water situation here in Cape Town: Level 6b restrictions were placed in effect on the 1st February. Daily water consumption per person has been limited to 50 litres. There is adequate water for tourists; essential daily needs such as washing, using the toilet, and daily hygiene. During peak season (November – January) international tourists only add 1% to the population of the Western Cape. This number drops from April – September. If visitors follow the daily usage guideline the impact would therefore be negligible. The tourism sector supports approximately 300 000 much needed jobs across the Western Cape - it is vital to preserve these jobs. "Day Zero" has been avoided for 2018, therefore water will not be cut off. However, travellers need to remain mindful of the drought and practice water-wise tourism when visiting. At present, visitors are able to shower and maintain daily hygiene. The majority of tourism establishments have put in place measures to ensure their water usage is reduced, and many have developed plans for alternative supplies. Recommended guidelines suggest a shower of 90 seconds. The use of baths is entirely discouraged. More than available to assist with any queries or information required during your stay - with pleasure! We go the extra mile - there's less competition there! Camps Bay is a trendy suburb seven minutes from the centre of one of the world’s most beautiful cities. Set against the impressive backdrop of Table Mountain, Camps Bay beach is one of the city's largest and most beautiful areas. Public transport is literally a few metres away along the beach front. UBER is super popular too. Guests choose UBER especially over the crazy summer season - much easier! The property though offers a double garage plus off-street parking so if hiring a car, then no problem at all NO SMOKING WHATSOEVER - only on the patio outside and the garden. Check-out is 11am Check-in 2pm Either myself, my Dad, or brothers, Russ and Dean will be available to meet and give all guests access.

This stand alone cottage on our private property is located in the Bishopscourt area of the Western Cape. The cottage is an open plan lounge,bedroom with two big verandas, a kitchenette and a large bathroom with a shower and bath that opens out to a very private balcony with sun loungers and an outside shower. With magnificent views of the mountain and terrains, one can fully unwind and relax in this more than spacious cottage. This private cottage will be all yours during your stay. There are multiple lounging areas inside and outside the cottage. Our long serving housekeeper, Maks, will be there to look after you and make sure you always have what you need.She cleans and does the washing daily except on a Sunday. Located within walking distance to many stunning hikes, walking routes, mountain biking, and cycling routes. There are many places nearby that you can rent bikes and there is ample storage at the house for bikes to be stored. There is ample and secure parking on our property for the vehicle you bring along for your stay. I am usually here and am very happy to help with advice at all times. This home is in a quiet residential area with beautiful houses and leafy streets. Close to the botanical gardens and near the city. Uber Available.Safe parking on the grounds of the property.
