The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

Hummingbird Cottage is a vintage 1930's beach cottage. It has been our family retreat for 40 years and we now welcome you to make your own memories in one of the most scenic places on the Oregon coast! The cottage has 600 square feet with one bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with a double futon. The living room has a view of Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and has modern appliances, Kuerig coffeemaker, complimentary " K- Cups" (coffee), washer&dryer.

Alder Cove Cottage

Alder Cove Cottage is a dog friendly rental that has everything a traveler needs to enjoy the Oregon Coast. The "kids" room converts into a two desk office for those looking for a work from home retreat. Beds or desks, not room for both. Living room is comfortable, kitchen made for family meals, new beds, games, beach gear, fire pit, two decks for crab cook outs and morning coffee. Almost every square inch is accounted for. This amazing location is just a 5 minute walk to the beach the locals call the "turn around". Convenient public boat launch is just a 3 minute walk which is great for kayaks and SUPs. The Pelican Pub is about a 15 minute walk. You cannot beat this location!

Tillamook Forest Cottage Retreat (25 Min To Coast)

Relax at Porcupine Cottage. 600 sq foot cottage on the Trask River 15 miles from town. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, (1 queen bed, and a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, microwave, griddle, countertop mini oven and dbl hotplate. Fire pit in the meadow. Access to the river for swimming/fishing is across our meadow and down a steep trail. Starlink internet/Wifi. No landline phone. No AC but evenings are cool. STVR#851-17-000020

The Edgewater Cottage #6

This lovely 1930’s cottage has recently been renovated, but still has that cottage charm. Great view of Netarts Bay, comfy queen bed, and modern kitchenette. You’re just a short walk down the stairs to the bay, or you can relax in the beach chairs out front. Guests love the cottage feel and being able to watch the pelicans and herons or catch a beautiful sunset. It is one of two units with a common wall specially sound proofed for complete privacy.
