This splendid Art Deco palace is one of the most iconic buildings in the historic centre: once a noble residence, it now opens its doors to those seeking comfortable hospitality. The Piano Cielo apartment (Sky floor) occupies the entire top floor of the house, offering a vast and diverse panorama: on one side, the view stretches for 150 km across the Alpine arc, dominated by the Monviso; on the other, it overlooks the terracotta tiled roofs and narrow alleys of the medieval village. Piano Cielo includes: . The living area: a large, cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. . The bathroom: spacious, featuring a balcony and meticulous attention to detail. . 3 bedrooms, each with its own character: "Con Vista" (With a View): a large, bright double bedroom with panoramic views of the hills and the Alps. "Nel Borgo" (In the Village): a double bedroom (or twin), essential and restful, looking directly onto the porticos of the medieval village. "Sui Tetti" (Over the Roofs): a warm and inviting double bedroom overlooking the roofs of the historic centre. The apartment is ideal for small groups, families, and couples. L'edificio fa angolo con l'isola di pedonale di via Monferrato, ricca di negozi, locali e ristoranti. Il parcheggio pubblico è a pagamento in Piazza Gran Madre e nelle vicinanze. Il supermercato è a pochi metri da casa.
