Our bespoke Shepherds hut is totally secluded with its own private & enclosed garden. You will find your own private cooking hut with gas BBQ and decking area, complete with seating and utensils for you to cook while taking in the breath-taking views. As you are perfectly isolated on the edge of the farm hill, the only neighbours you will have to worry about are the sheep or cattle quietly grazing. Inside the hut, there is a log burning stove & everything you need for your remote digital detox.

The Hay Shed - St Andrews

Located only 2 miles out of St Andrews, the Hay shed is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy sea views. It is positioned in the grounds of a large house with views over a field and then towards the sea. The Hay Shed offers a luxury glamping experience, think outside bath whilst watching the stars, cosy firepit and twinkling festoon lights. Perfect for a getaway for two people but also room for two kids in the mezzanine area (mattress provided but no bed linen for this bed). One dog allowed.

The Outhouse

Attractive and well equipped outhouse recently built as part of a self build project. Bright aspect with double glazed floor to ceiling windows and well insulated. Set within large garden and adjacent to owners house. Located within countryside only 2.5 miles from the historic town of Linlithgow. with railway links to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling. Ideally placed within the central belt to visit many of its attractions and 11 miles from Edinburgh airport. A welcome breakfast pack included.

Greenhill Garden Studio

Self-Catering studio 40m2 apartment with free parking situated in the garden of established stone-built Bruntsfield home. The apartment is set within a leafy street of Victorian villas, next to the Meadows park. Within walking distance of Edinburgh’s historic city centre and Princes Street. Free off-street parking and wifi. Perfect for visiting any of the Edinburgh Festivals, but allowing you to wander back via the parks for some urban tranquility with good cafes and bijou shops!

Chill Rose - Individually designed comfy cabins

Bright, warm and individually themed holiday cabins (4) situated in private gardens on the outskirts of Pencaitland, East Lothian. Ideally located on the Railway walk and cycle route 196 to Glenkinchie Distillery , Carberry, Penicuik and surrounding areas. Super comfortable beds with lovely bed linen, comfy sofa bed, en-suite shower room, fridge, kettle, crockery, table and chairs and covered seating area to enjoy the outdoors no matter the weather. All with BBQ/Fire pit.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

A car is recommended due to the semi-rural location.

Welcome to SHEP – your cosy shepherd’s hut on a vintage military lorry, nestled along an old railway line on our family farm in the Scottish Borders. Snuggle up by the wood-burning stove in winter or throw open the French doors for a summer BBQ. Ideal for couples, families or solo stays. Optional wood-fired hot tub – £70 per stay (please book in advance). Pre-light service can be requested but is not always available. Extra logs can be purchased for £15 per bag.
