Heart of West Sedona

My home is centrally located in the heart of west Sedona. Just a five minute walk gets you to national forest trails or shopping, movie theatre and a local brewery. The outdoor area is spacious and beautiful (if I do say so myself) with an air of tranquility. The house has two wings; we are on the opposite end of the house from you so privacy is not an issue. We have a member of the family, Cassie, a German Shepard, who is friendly, sweet, but can be quite vocal when meeting new people.

This beautiful property sits on THREE forested acres. TWO cabins are included. The main cabin features a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, a living room with wood burning fireplace, one private bedroom with queen bed, huge loft with 2 queen and 3 twin beds and flat screen tv. The guest cabin features a living room with tv, wet bar, fridge, two loft bedrooms (one queen and one king) and a bathroom. This cabin also has a LARGE game room equipped with a ping pong table and game table.

Welcome to our 3 bedroom, shared home. Two bedrooms are devoted to Airbnb and share a full bath on the second floor: the queen-bed "Bird Room" with forest view; and twin-bed room with mountain view. Kitchen and living areas are shared among those residing. The Master bedroom is currently occupied by a graduate student and dog. Nature, parks, national monuments, trails, birding, museums, craft breweries, and incredible dining experiences will give you a great taste of northern Arizona.

We opened as a Bed & Breakfast in June of 2007 but are now offered as a vacation rental. We have had many wonderful guests over the years. We are very family oriented and enjoy large groups. We can sleep 10 adults comfortably but have cushions, Pac-N-Plays and a cot for children & teens. We have handled groups of up to 14 at times. We have received rave reviews on Trip Advisor and AirBnB. Close to many national parks, monuments and canyon.

Hopi Room #2 / Family Suite in Bed & Breakfast

Our family suite in a beautiful bed & breakfast. This suite sleeps up to 6 guests and includes 3 queen-sized beds. Private bathroom with a bathtub. A mini-fridge and a microwave are provided. Coffee and breakfast are served in the dining room at 8am - 9am. There are two entrances into the suite. One is your private entrance on the front left side of the house, marked with the #2. The other is your access into the main dining room.
