ONLY Children which are under parental supervision are welcome, NO gentle parenting products.we have a high chair, bed rail and port a cot, if needed. Our 2 bedroom cottage is set on our 200 hectare stud cattle property. Our home is 50m away. The cottage is low set and has soul soothing mountain views of the Brisbane Valley. Situated 3 km from Toogoolawah and the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail. A peaceful setting to enjoy a country break. Enjoy stunning sunsets & sunrises from our viewing area. Cattle & horses graze peacefully nearby. We are close to the Ramblers Skydiving Centre, Watts Bridge Airfield and a short drive to the Somerset Dam.

Birdsong Villa - Figtrees on Watson

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

Even though Wah Cottage is neatly 100 years old, it has been fully renovated so that it retains its country charm while still delivering creature comforts. Decorated with a nod to the french farmhouse aesthetic, the light filled rooms feature french cream walls and plantation shutters and farmhouse kitchen. The place is filled with original artworks, found objects and loved pieces. We love to stay at this cottage between our travels - so welcome to our home away from home.
