Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

La Torre sopra il mare

La Torre ist einer von zwei antiken Wachtürmen im wunderschönen Ort Marciana Marina. Der Turm wurde schon auf Karten des 16. Jahrhunderts als Torre di Poggio vermerkt und im 18. Jahrhundert als Zollstelle fuer die Handelsware von See umfunktioniert. Im Jahr 2023 wurde der Turm von einer Interior -Designerin umgebaut. Das Resultat ist eine Synergie aus antiken Resten und modernem Komfort. Die einzigartige Lage direkt über dem Wasser lassen jeden Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis werden.

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! Casa Gelso è situata a Patresi, nel versante Ovest, in una delle zone più affascinanti dell'isola. Il mare cristallino, la tranquillità e i tramonti sulla vicina Corsica, vi faranno innamorare di questo luogo. L'appartamento può ospitare fino a 5 persone ed è dotato di posto auto privato e di una splendida terrazza per mangiare all'aperto o per rilassarsi all'ombra di una pergola in bamboo.  E' la soluzione perfetta per chi desidera trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax.

Casa Anto, Ristrutturata completamente nel 2025, è composta da un soggiorno con cucina completa con divano letto, da due camere con letti matrimoniali e da due bagni, di cui uno riservato ad una camera. Si accede alla casa da una scale esterna. La pergola esterna è arredata con tavolo e sedie/sdraio La spiaggia, distante circa 250 metri, è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. La casa dispone di un giardino, con prato, riservato di 200mq ca.

Dependance immersa nel giardino di un tipico podere toscano, siamo nella campagna di Marina di Castagneto Carducci vicina al mare raggiungibile a piedi o in bici percorrendo l’adiacente pista ciclabile per ca. 2 km. Una camera spaziosa con bagno en suite e letto matrimoniale, ingresso indipendente e ampio giardino a disposizione. Rifugio perfetto per viaggiatori che cercano uno spazio tranquillo, romantico e rilassante.

Il Timo

Il Timo holiday home offers a fantastic veranda overlooking the sea. The 40 m2 structure consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. It can therefore accommodate up to 3 people. It has private parking in front of the house. One pet is allowed. Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV.

5 minutes by car from Marciana Marina and Procchio, right next to Il Bagno beach, the Tramaglio is a perfect example of the Elban tradition: home over the centuries of many peasant and fishermen families. With 5 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 9 people. Large private garden, sea view terrace and private access to the beach.

La Caletta house is suitable for couples and solitary adventurers. It is a small renovated farmhouse once used as a wine warehouse, with a breathtaking view of the sea to be admired from the two terraces ... one to the east for breakfast, the other to the west ideal for having an aperitif at sunset...
