Free Wi-Fi and free parking, quiet cul-de-sac, on 1.5 acres with lots of landscaping. Common area is a huge game room, coffee bar, comfortable seating for 10, 60" TV for streaming and another old stlye TV with front plug ins for 'gaming set'. This suite is upstairs. Senior dogs live downstairs with host, who enjoy meeting our guests.

This neighborhood is quiet, safe, convenient to all the best of North Dallas. Neighbors are so nice and respectful. Very family friendly and we would like to keep it that way🤗 House is very unique with a large Koi fish pond. 6 guests maximum. Perfect set up for small gatherings. This was our home for 7 years. You will not feel like living in a hotel at all😊 Pest control, mosquitoes and lawn care every 2 weeks! Absolutely No wild parties!
