Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

It is located 70 meters above sea level, 700 meters of walking path to get to the historic center and the train station.

This newly renovated cottage is situated in a historic private estate immersed among secular olive trees and stone walls. The whole living space, which includes an entirely equipped kitchen, opens on the terrace thanks to the huge patio window offering a breathtaking view on the Gulf of Portovenere. There are two separate bedrooms with closets and French windows opening on the terrace, and a bathroom. The laundry area is in a separate adjoining space.

Lovely cottage in the park of a Renaissance Villa

Classica casa colonica di due piani totalmente indipendente inserita nel parco di una villa lucchese del '500, villa Galliani. La casa è stata interamente ristrutturata e ha a disposizione un parcheggio con un giardino privato. Si trova nella zona della ville lucchesi, tra i vigneti con le uve per la produzione del vino Doc delle Colline Lucchesi e gli oliveti da cui si ricava l'olio extravergine d'oliva Dop di Lucca.

Borgometato - Oliveta

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. OLIVETA is part of this place.

L'appartamento è molto comodo perche tutto su un piano, a soli due minuti dalla via panoramica, provvisto di corte esterna attrezzata di tavolo con sedie per poter cenare all aperto. Camera matrimoniale spaziosa e ampia zona giorno con cucina, possibilità di letto matrimoniale in cucina e un altro letto singolo apribile, per un totale di 5 posti letto

Il Casalino with pool

Il Casalino e' un delizioso casale sulle colline di Camaiore. Pur essendo vicinissimo al paese ed ai servizi, la casa si trova nella privacy piu' totale. Sembra di essere in una piccola oasi incantata dove tutte le comodita' e tutti gli angoli sono perfettamente studiati e curati per rendere il soggiorno estremamente piacevole.

Casa di recente ristrutturazione, 90 mq e ampio spazio esterno con piscina di recente costruzione. Immersa nella campagna Toscana e vicinissima alle più famose località turistiche della Regione. Una sensazione di incanto avvolge questo luogo che si affaccia sulla vallata di Camaiore e sulla costa della Versilia. Da qui si possono raggiungere facilmente città d'arte come Lucca, Pisa, Firenze , Siena ed il parco delle 5 Terre. Benvenuti!!
