The Round House

Welcome to the Round House! This one-of-a-kind, converted grain silo has everything you need to feel right at home. The bedroom is upstairs. Delta is a gateway to the Western Slope of Colorado. Grand Mesa, Black Canyon National Monument and innumerable outdoor destinations are within a short distance. Please let me know if you are traveling with a dog when you reserve. There is a $30 PER dog fee. No Cats Please. If your stay is longer than 14 days there will be an additional deep cleaning fee.

Barndominium located directly on the beautiful Dolores River. The perfect getaway located 1 hour from either Durango or Telluride. Fantastic fishing, kayaking, tubing as well as breathtaking views of the San Juan National Forrest right off your back porch. You will have access to a large covered deck next to the river with a fireplace to relax by. Come prepared to relax...whether by the fire pit, fishing or just hanging out on the deck just a few feet away from the Dolores River.

Tongue Creek Ranch offers everything from beautiful views of the famous Grand Mesa and Adobe Buttes to the peaceful sounds of creeks flowing around the property. Our petting zoo has 5 of the sweetest Nigerian Dwarf Goats, chickens, and the star of the show, BoMama our miniature donkey. The dark starry nights will take your breath away just minutes from Durango, CO. Our newly remodeled studio, above our barn, is great for couples or solo travelers wanting to explore Southwest Colorado. This is our hobby farm, so we hope you like farm fresh eggs, and crisp mountain air.

Come enjoy country views just 4.1 miles from downtown Palisade. This adorable mother in law "barn" is located right behind our main living house. We are conveniently located right next to the Palisade fruit and wine byway. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. Garfield to the north and the Grand Mesa to the east. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of adventure. This is country living at its best! We live next door, but this ADU is all yours.

Gated Historic Barn House - Near CSU and Stadium!

Welcome to our renovated, historic barn house! Built the same year that nearby CSU opened in 1879, the original barn has been completely remodeled with a bar, huge living area with ping pong table, oversized sectional sofa, tables, and three HD 65-inch flatscreen tvs, an HD flatscreen tv in the bar, plus a full bath, including a claw-foot tub. The open loft provides a queen-sized bed and three twin beds for over-flow company.
