Enjoy amazing sunrise and moonrise views. At the Sunrise Studio you will soundly sleep on a cozy queen bed. Also offer a single couch & air mattress for extra sleep. Full bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Kitchen includes cooktop grill/griddle, sink, air fryer, toaster/convection oven microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Full Laundry with washer & dryer. Studio is heated by electric heat or a wood stove and cooled with AC. There is also a small outdoor space with a fire pit. Enjoy!

A beautiful guesthouse on 5 acres a few miles north of the quaint town of Cedaredge. Multiple access points to the Grand Mesa, the ultimate outdoor playground for snowmobiling, hiking, motorcycling, ATVs, UTVs, fishing & hunting! Extra parking for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or snowmobiles! YMR permits guests to bring one furbaby without pre-approval ($100 pet fee still applies). This cozy one-room cabin by the lake is the best of "glamping". It's a perfect getaway for fishermen and those who like seclusion in the woods. The cabin sits nestled in the woods on our 40-acre ranch. The acre lake is stocked with Rainbow trout. You're welcome to bring your fishing gear (please, catch and release only). The cabin is 600 sf with a wood-burning stove, kitchenette (refrigerator, stove top, microwave), sleeping loft with double bed, and bathroom with shower.
