Welcome to your perfect mountain escape! From breathtaking views through the large windows & private deck, to easy access to the slopes. Our condo has so much to offer. Located right in the middle of all things Rocky Mountains. You're just 30 minutes from Grand Lake/Rocky Mountain National Park/Winter Park and 2 mins from skiing, fishing, golf, and mountain biking at Granby Ranch. This corner unit is very spacious. The condo is able to sleep 5. We only allow 4 guests-with special exceptions.

Carner’s Cabin - backcountry hut

A secluded cabin in a high alpine environment at 11,700 feet! Truly off-grid, without electricity, running water, NO WiFi. Beautifully furnished with fabulous furniture and wonderful beds to sleep 8. Just bring a sleeping bag & pillow case! WINTER ACCESS: By ski/skin, snowshoe or snowmobile only. 2 miles and 1000 foot gain to cabin. Takes approximately 3 hours on rolling and steep terrain. SUMMER ACCESS: By high-clearance, 4x4 vehicle and requires low gears (rental SUV not recommended).

This pristine little Scandinavian D-log cabin sits on over 2 quiet wooded acres a brief 5-minute drive from uptown Pagosa (our more commercial area with nicer grocery store, dining, brewery, Walmart, etc) and about 10 minutes to the springs (downtown). Your experience is enhanced with a gas grill, outdoor seating/dining table, fully outfitted kitchen, and even a clearing for campfire and stargazing. Deer and wild turkeys are frequent visitors.
