Our cabins are located directly on the Conejos River with everything you could need for your stay. In addition we have a beautiful pond stocked with trout. Catch and release barbless hook fly fishing is available by reservation on our river or pond separate from booking the cabin for an additional fee. PLEASE NOTE FISHING IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED. This is the place to be if you love peace, solitude, and the outdoors. This cabin is located just 5 minutes from downtown Chama in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by tall ponderosa pines. This four-season cabin can be especially enjoyable as a cozy retreat once snow flies and can be accessed by snowmobile, XC skis or snowshoes!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is perfect for 2 adults; but can accommodate additional guests for an additional $25 per person per night. The house has a fenced in yard and is located on 1 acre just a few minutes walk from the national forest. Enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the cozy enclosed porch. There is plenty of room for ATV parking, and you can go directly to many trails without having to tow or trailer!

Private Cabin on the Conejos River

We offer a great cabin, a stones thrown from the river on our elk ranch. Our all-season cabin can accommodate couples, or groups up to 6, and serve as a home base or launching spot for the areas countless activities. We also offer fly fishing access, if available with a rod fee, this is seperate from cabin, and must be booked in advance. We charge a $100 per pet fee.
