The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. This unit is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 1 kitchen, 1 living room in a triplex. No shared areas except the large backyard. There are separate parking spaces, walkways, and entry doors for each unit. The internet speed is fast! up to 100 Mbps. 65" Smart-TV with soundbar in living room. Master bedroom also has a Smart-TV. King/queen beds are very comfortable (not extremely soft, definitely not firm). The dining and living rooms are open spaces so one can eat and visit without missing a moment.
