Caban y Bryn is in a peaceful location in the quiet rural area of Nant y Rhiw, high above the Eastern side of the Conwy Valley with magnificent views of the Snowdonia mountains. With dark skies and amazing sunsets it's a perfect retreat to escape the hustle & bustle of daily life. It is well suited to outdoor adventurous types who want simple but characterful accommodation. The owners(Sian&Leo) live on site in the old farmhouse but the Cabins are completely private spaces for your exclusive use.

Our secluded cabin is surrounded by ancient oak tree forest and all the wildlife that comes with it. It’s so peaceful that you will only hear the river and the birds. Set in 10 acres of our own land for you to explore and easy access to Snowdonia public foothpaths, it’s perfect for those looking to spend some time in nature. The cabin itself features private wood fired hot tub, wet room, underfloor heating, large deck with bbq, kingsize bed, kitchen, living and dining area and a private cinema.

We are pet friendly with enclosed decking and field for your sole use and we are fully wheelchair accessible with wet room and step free access.

Y Cwt Gwyrdd, cosy shelter in a mountainous valley

Unique historic cabin sympathetically renovated in 2012 to provide comfortable accommodation for hill walking groups or family get togethers. The property is all one level and has outside private parking for up to three cars. There is an entrance hallway for boots and jackets; a shower room; a toilet room. A bedroom with two bunkbeds (double bed base and single bed top) and luggage shelves. Sitting room with sofabed, dinning table and extra foldaway chairs. Fully equipped kitchen.

Aber Falls, one of Snowdonia’s most impressive waterfalls is just a short drive. Bodnant Gardens, a National Trust property, just a 10 minute drive away. Local walks from your doorstep. If you are looking to visit Snowdon it is approximately 45 minutes away. If it’s the sea you are wanting there are quite a few lovely sandy beaches within a short distance.
