The property is opposite the seafront prom & rocky beach in a quiet residential area on the edge of town. 12 minutes walk down the prom to Rhos-on-Sea harbour, sandy beach & town centre. On the North Wales Coastal Walk path & 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme. A great base for exploring North Wales or chilling locally.

Cottage annex is all yours & we would encourage you to relax in our garden which is filled with treeferns. The garden has been featured on BBC Gardeners World & is frequently on Welsh tv ‘Garddio a Mwy’. We are ideally located for easy access the Snowdonia National Park, ideal for climbers, walkers, hikers, and those who love the outdoors, & various adventure activities are all within an easy drive. We have private parking, & nearby access to public transport, beaches, town centres, quayside, traditional pubs, and restaurants, make it a perfect destination for your holiday.

Station Approach

First-floor apartment in Deganwy with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & living space with views over the River Conwy. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite with a bath & separate shower. This room features a double bed & a small dressing table, along with built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed or 2 smaller singles (zip-&-link) depending on your needs, & a single wardrobe. Free roadside parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Please note that the en-suite bathroom is down a few stairs.
