You can walk, bike, or jog along the acequia (waterway) or wander along the Rio Grande River and gaze at the majestic Sandia Mountain across the water.

There is a loveseat, dining table with two chairs, desk, hangers and a dresser. The front porch has seating and the private back patio has a lighted pergola, dining furniture, & Sandia mountain views. Balloon Fiesta Park is nearby & balloons fly nearby year-round.
