Use our fishing poles and row boat,kayaks to explore Cossayuna Lake and catch bass, perch, sunfish, tiger muskies like the locals. Gentle slope to lake, No stairs! 15 min to Greenwich. 34 min to Saratoga Springs. 30 min to Queensbury. 44 min to Manchester, VT.

A great location on a peaceful lake. Located on a private peninsula, this lovely home includes a 12x12 floating dock, a boat dock, kayaks, canoe, and stand-up paddle board for use. Fishing poles are also available for use in this great fishing spot! There is a hammock, a Weber grill, and plenty of Adirondack chairs to relax around the gas and/or wood fire pit (firewood available) on the large stone patio. Inside includes an open floorplan, a stone fireplace, and a sunroom overlooking the lake.

Our small above-garage guesthouse on the New York-Vermont border is a retreat from busy life. The open floor plan, airy apartment has windows on all sides & overlooks woods & meadow. The guesthouse is ideal for those looking to get away from electronics and the internet (note: no Wifi), and hike and bike the area’s trails, and/or paddle the Battenkill River and area lakes. Or just sit on the deck with a book and cup of tea or glass of wine. Pets are welcome (we do charge a small fee for pets)!
