Er is ook een ondergrondse privéparking voorzien en is voor mindermobile personen gemakkelijk te bereiken met een lift. Een perfecte locatie om te genieten van het park en de mooie omgeving. Het huis biedt ruimte aan 8 personen en telt 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers en een 2-persoons bed-bank in het souterrain. Op korte loopafstand bevindt zich het grote zoetwater-meer met volop vertier- en speel-mogelijkheden en op 4 km ligt de zee.
