Pool & Meerblick

Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura ist kein typisches Ferienhaus. Ihre wellige Architektur weist Kurven auf, die an die Wellen des Ozeans, die ikonischen Nuraghen und den organischen Stil der Costa Smeralda erinnern. Einzigartig ist auch ihre Blick auf den Hafen, das Stadtzentrum und Korsika, das nur 8 km über die Straße von Bonifacio entfernt ist, und die hauseigene Autoelektroladestation, die 2 E-bikes und 3 Fahrräder. Die Villetta Matteo ist unsere Privatunterkunft an der Costa Paradiso (Blickrichtung Korsika). Sie ist ein wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus, in Hanglage 80m ü.NN. mit 180 Grad Meerblick vom großzügigem Sonnendeck, eingebettet in felsiger Umgebung und mediterranen Gewächsen. Sie bietet Meerblick aus allen Zimmern sowie direkten Zugang zu den Terrassen. Gemeinschaftspool mit atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und ein nahe gelegener Sandstrand "Li Cossi" (15 Gehminuten) runden den Aufenthalt ab.

Villetta Ginepro Palau, gelegen in der idyllischen Residence Capo d’Orso inmitten der grünen Macchia, ist ein Rückzugsort für Naturliebhaber und Strandurlauber. Das neu renovierte Haus liegt nur 4 Gehminuten vom malerischen Strand Portu Mannu entfernt und bietet modernen Komfort in warmen, natürlichen Tönen. It features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a dining area, private parking, an outdoor barbecue, and a garden. Just 4 minutes by car from the village center, where you’ll find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and essential services. Ideally located: a 15-minute walk to a picturesque cove and 7 minutes by car to the famous Li Cossi beach, a true gem of Costa Paradiso.

Casa Li Cossi

This home enjoys a truly unique location with breathtaking views of the sea, the Li Cossi Canyon, and the surrounding nature. From the veranda you can see beautiful sunsets (for several months of the year it can be seen directly into the sea) and from the terrace you can admire the sunrise over the peaks of surrounding hills. The sea, where the path to the famous sandy beach of Li Cossi begins, is 900 m on foot or 2.2 km by car. The house is 950 m from the center.

From the terrace you have direct access to the exclusive harbor with its luxurious yachts. The piazza and the center of Porto Cervo are only 5 minutes away.
