The Warren is set in a small wood on the farm with indoor wood burner stove.Surrounded by farmland and plenty of wildlife, there are many walks and cycle routes. There is a cosy outdoor space to sit and relax by the fire pit or laze in wood fired hot tub. The kitchen, which is a converted horse trailer, outdoor shower, are shared with the other tent on the other side of the wood. You have your own compostable loo. There are many NT houses, Bicester Village, Cotswolds, Oxford all not far away.

Our bell tent with super-king bed & luxurious bedding is perfectly located amidst wonderful countryside. There are many activities, places to see & events locally. Walks are directly from the tent. The local pub, serving home made food & local ales, is a 3-minute walk away. We provide a separate kitchen with induction hob, fridge/freezer, Lavazza coffee machine, BBQ, microwave, kettle & toaster. All on your own private area of land for you to use exclusively. Dogs welcome (for a small fee).

Priory Barn is situated just a few miles outside chipping norton near heythrop, we are a small holding nestled almost in the bottom of the valley. Our bell tent is the perfect escape to tranquility and we have set up camp so you don’t have to, just turn up and relax with every thing you need provided.

The tent features a king-size bed, log fire, small kitchenette and a comfy sofa. You'll have access to your own wood fired Hot-tub (no lights or jets) and shared access to our Sauna (max 2 other guests per night) Great location on outskirts of Bath with a couple of lovely pubs walking distance. Site has shared hot showers, toilets and other expected amenities.

We have three luxurious sleeping tents and a huge lounge tent, which surround a central area with a fire pit, covered outdoor kitchen and bar, covered banquet table and the much favoured Scandi BBQ Hut. There is a chemical toilet disposal point and a general waste bin. Shared 1 x toilet, basin, walk in shower & outside bath, Two Pubs, The Carpenters Arms, the Plough Inn which are in walking distance. Romantic place. Views out over the paddocks where sheep graze.
