You are renting the entire building and will have exclusive access with no shared spaces. The "Commercial Hotel" is in the heart of Cotter's newly established entertainment district and a short walk to the beautiful White River, boat ramp, and Big Spring Park that is complete with a rope swing! We welcome you to our home which sits on The White River! This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. There are 2 tvs/w Dish, dvd player & dvds. The home is not equipped with wifi. There is a set of stairs in the house and down to the river. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house.
