Kerrib Farm Shepherds Hut

The Hut at Kerrib farm is set in a peaceful, rural corner of County Tyrone, 15 minutes’ drive from the country town of Dungannon. We are tucked away on a working farm where cattle and chickens are raised – you’re welcome to meet the cows; They all love snacking on slices of bread – and are surrounded by a patchwork of fields. Thanks to our countryside location, the farm is a peaceful haven for wildlife, with an abundance of small birds like robins, blue tits and goldfinches as well as buzzards.

Enjoy the setting of this romantic spot on a working sheep and cattle farm in the Dromara Hills, nestled in nature. Between Castlewellan and Dromara, 15min drive to Newcastle, 25min from Belfast. A couples retreat with a new electric hot tub in the middle of a mountain, sheep as the only possible disturbance. Guests are welcome to meet and greet our animals at the gate up to the hut. Honey the Falabella horse, 5 pygmy goat and our Free range hens, who give our guests eggs in our welcome pack.
