Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, farm stay experience. IMPORTANT: This apartment is attached to our family home and you might hear our children sometimes. Bonus: Kids might play together ;-) Farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Studio Metta Cowaramup

Studio Metta ( Shire approval P220383) is a cosy, light and bright self contained studio. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, a great bathroom with high ceilings and a generously sized living area which incorporates a kitchenette and fridge, a sofa, an occasional chair and a small table for dining. Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

Jewel Cottage in the Margaret River Region

Our cottages are spread out over a treelined 3 hectare block. We are surrounded by farms and native bushland yet only 10 minutes drive from Margaret River and the regions wineries. Jewel cottage is the perfect base for a relaxing getaway. The bathroom contains a large spa bath and the cottage is fully equipped for self catering. Enjoy the peaceful evenings on the verandah watching the birds or get out and sample the amazing south west beaches, wineries, local produce and stunning landscape.

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.
