It has 2 Full size beds in one room, a Queen size bed in the other, and a King sized bed in the master. It has everything you will need access to, including parking. I live nearby on the same property, so any problems you may have, I will be able to address promptly. The neighborhood is a gated community about a half mile from the Cozumel downtown and ferry.

French doors off the living room invite you to the large outdoor covered patio with wet bar and gas grill. Relax and enjoy the tropical gardens surrounding the private pool and sun deck.
