Located just next to the Arena with the only representative balcony overlooking the Arena and the performances and concerts inside it, this stunning luxury residence also has a full sea view with beautiful sunsets over the whole Pula bay. Enjoy the view of the Arena while sipping a glass of champagne on the balcony or from the windows watching the concerts, operas and other events inside the Arena.
