Truly one of a kind tiny home! Located one mile from CWU campus. You are close to town yet surrounded by pasture. The Depot House

Come stay in our conveniently located house just 6 blocks from Central Washington University and Historical Downtown Ellensburg. This house is located on a quiet bikeway for low traffic noise. A 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming. There is a cozy and private patio in the back to enjoy a cold beverage from one of our local breweries or a hot cup of coffee in the morning. The IvyWild - Apartment in Tudor Historic Home

A few years ago, I operated a bed and breakfast in this historically registered Tudor home. With our growing family it became too much to manage. Since we love hosting we decided to remodel our spacious basement apartment. It is fully furnished and super cozy. The apartment has its own entrance and lots of parking and even a private outdoor patio area. We are in the central part of town and close to the main street, the market and the Columbia River loop trail.

Come try out the country life in our cozy suite or use it as a centrally located home base for unlimited adventures across the state! This accessible 600-square-foot apartment is attached to our home but features a private entrance, self-check-in via keypad, a small, covered patio, and ample parking. Trailer parking available upon request.

Suite Escape

During your stay, you will have access to a private suite over the garage of our home. (This space requires you to climb a flight of stairs). This includes a studio style apartment with a couch, bed (queen) and a kitchenette. This studio has a spacious and private full bathroom attached. The bathroom includes a tub and a shower.

Orchard Inn

You will find a serene and beautiful guest studio all to yourselves. Very private. Newly finished throughout. Comfortable and quiet. New Queen size bed and bedding. Full bath with newer amenities. Coffee and tea provided as well as mini fridge and microwave. Great, clean, space for you to come and enjoy!
