This modern apartment is located in Rijeka, near to the Tower Shopping Center, 200 meters from the first beach, 5 minutes drive to the beach in Kostrena, 15 minutes walk to the City center and 2 km to the Trsat Castle. You will need to do few stairs more to Apartment m, it is at the 4th floor, but I promise it is worth because of the view :) Inside you will have electric tent, air-conditioning, satellite television, free WI-FI, alarm. Safe and public (free) parking is in front of the building.

Apartman Mare I

Enjoy this unique and newly decorated apartment, 600 m from the first beach on foot. The apartment is located on a hill. It is divided into two separate units, each of which is about 40 square meters in size. They do not have internal communication, so it is suitable for a vacation for couples/friends or families with older children, where everyone has their own privacy. The facilities are connected by an outdoor covered terrace. Most markets are 10-15 min walk from the apartment.

This 4* apartment, located on the first floor, includes everything you can think of having during your vacation. Big living room space has incorporated dining room and the kitchen. Apartment also includes 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can relax at the outdoor pool which is shared with other apartments and enjoy the sea view from your balcony. Novo uređeni stan u Crikvenici udaljen 150 metara od mora nalazi se na prvom katu obiteljske kuće s posebni prilazom. Stan je novo renoviran 2023. godine. Sastoji se od prostrane, dobro opremljene kuhinje s dnevnim boravkom i blagovaonom sa stolom za šest osoba. Obje spavaće sobe imaju pogled na more te izlaz na balkon. U kupaoni se nalazi walk in tuš kabina, umivaonik s ormaricem, perilica i wc. Stan ima dva parkirna mjesta te veliko dvorište s roštiljem.

The Azure apartment is a spacious 80m2 accommodation in Crikvenica, just a 5-minute walk from beautiful beaches and shops. Pet-friendly Monty's Beach is 7 minutes away. Ground floor, sea-view terrace with a barbecue. Newly furnished with TV, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, and air conditioning. Two bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes, and private bathrooms. Free parking is available in front of the apartment.

It is the oasis if you like to relax and enjoy spectacular view of the sea and nearby islands and Mediterranean garden. Our house is pet friendly but we charge additional fee for pets.
