Whole property is available exclusively to the guests staying in the apartment. Noone else will be there during your stay and the host will be available whenever needed. This property is in the peaceful, historic center of the Old Town just meters from one of the best family-run restaurants within the city walls. If you need help with your transfer to the apartment from the Airport or main Port let us know, we can arrange that. We provide full service with the transfer company we trust. The driver will meet you at the airport, help with the luggage, drop you off at the nearest entrance to the Old town and our apartment where you will be met by the host.

The apartment was newly built, 2021.The apartment is in a block,connected to a family house.. It has two floors with a separate entrance. Guests can use a part of the garden in front of the apartment with a table and chairs. Atractive beach with plenty things to do is 2 minutes . The apartment you can enjoy and relax, and if you want any other activity ,its near by .Trogir is a 15 minute walk and there is a boat every 10 minutes .Enjoy the sun and the Adriatic sea in an attractive location ''.

Heritage home Nerium in Trogir

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

House Jopa - Plitvice

House Jopa is located in a small village on the edge of the Plitvice Lakes National Park. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults on 2 floors. On the main floor there is a living room, kitchen and dining room, while on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed) and 1 bathroom (with a shower). In the back of the house there is a covered terrace, an open terrace and a private garden. Please note that the garden is not fenced. Plitvice Entrance 2 - 4km

The mansion is separated into 5 apartments allocated on 3 floors. On 1st floor are studio apartment with double bed and apartment with bedroom with double bed and living room with double sofa bed. 2nd floor is same as 1st. On 3rd floor is apartment with 2 bedrooms with double beds and living room with double sofa bed.

Apartman se nalazi na trgu Igrišće ispred njega se nalazi dvorac Rotondo koji je u fazi adaptacije. Parkirališna mjesta se nalaze na trgu. Pješćana plaža Gabine udaljena 200 metara, a malo dalje ima još dosta osamljenijih plaža. Restorani i palačinka bar u blizini apartmana, te blizina supermarketa (300m) te mini market(100m) autobusne stanice za gradove (Split i Trogir) linija broj 37 cca 300m.
