This bijou stand-alone loft conversion was lovingly restored by the host Guy Spurrell, utilising eco friendly, reclaimed building materials. This beautiful and compact space has often been likened to staying in a ship’s quarters but without the perils of the sea. The property is situated just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful sandy beach and prom and is only two minutes walk from Cromer’s famous grade II listed pier. A one minute walk from the beautiful beach and amenities at East Runton - the perfect space to discover North Norfolk. It is superbly equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. There's an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area downstairs, and a double and a bunk bedroom upstairs alongside a family bathroom.

This is a perfect getaway for a relaxing break. Located in a traditional seaside town, this top floor flat boasts a sea-view, and is situated on one of the oldest streets in Cromer. It is a short walk to the pier and all local amenities. The flat sleeps 2 people comfortably. We are dog friendly and welcome one large or two smaller dogs. Other things to note The flat is on the top floor, (one flight of steep stairs) so guests need to be able to climb steep stairs to access the flat.
