Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

A brilliant spot in the Mediterranean just 2 miles from Kas, Turkey, a crossroad of civilisations that do not take borders into account. Amongst the island's beautiful mansions, the ''Red House'', or else ''La Casa Rossa'' with its huge bougainvillea, only 1 minute away from the center of the harbour and the old market will make your stay memorable!

Dairelerimizde sigara içilmemektedir. Misafirlerimiz bahçeyi kullanabilir. Mangal alanını kullanmak isterseniz 1 gün önceden bize bildirmeniz gerekmektedir ve müsaitliğe bağlıdır. Binamıza ait otopark yoktur, evimizin bulunduğu sokakta cadde üzerinde park yerleri mevcuttur.

Our detached house with sea view has a large garden. We have complete kitchen equipment, jacuzzi, fire pit, barbecue area and parking. Our house is 5 km away from the center, 1 km from the beach, and 500 meters from the market and restaurant. Our house was built in 2024. All the furniture in our house is new. You will witness the sounds of birds accompanying you while watching the sea from your bed and jacuzzi or reading your book in the hammock.

B2- Cozy wooden bungalow with pool, private garden

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.
