Newly built, the home offers 2 bedrooms, spacious and contemporary bathroom with high-end finishes and luxurious walk-in shower. The open-plan Kitchen/Living/Dining flows on to the balcony The Shorebird is in close proximity to shops, local attractions and many stunning world-class beaches here on the South Coast of NSW.

One of the only listings to have a pool in Kiama Downs. Pet-friendly, large space for 2 people with a kitchenette, fridge, combined dining, and living area with a bedroom with a queen bed. Inclusions on your stay are a coffee maker with coffee pods and teas, kettle, washing machine, microwave, cooktop, flat-screen TV, wi-fi, and Netflix. The pool is yours to use (not shared) with direct access to Jones Beach. No more than 2 medium sized dogs please. Please note unit is lower floor of house.
