The Reserve is conveniently located between Charlottesville and Culpeper, Va. Newly constructed, this mid-century modern design delivers luxurious amenities with a breathtaking "tree house" feel, featuring an open concept living area surrounded with panoramic views. Seeing is believing in this one of a kind getaway in the woods.

Take it easy at a tranquil getaway on Fauquier County's historic Springs Road. Enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset from the deck. Take in the local wineries or some Civil War history. Catch the Gold Cup Races at Great Meadows, or travel to Skyline Drive to hike in the beautiful Blue Ridge. Fresh eggs are available at Whiffletree Farm right down the road. We're 40 minutes from the Metro and all DC has to offer! Full kitchen. Veteran owned. (Sadly, all our beloved goats have passed 🐐 )

Sunset Retreat a cabin off the beaten path

Relaxation and quiet are two words that come to mind at Sunset Retreat. Close enough to stores for convenience but far enough away for solitude. Large yard, fire pit and concrete area if children want to create a masterpiece in chalk, there is also a tree swing next to woods. Close to many wineries, breweries and hiking. No WIFI or satellite tv, we have antenna only. You are welcome to bring your own hotspot . We have one smart tv. There is also a private in ground pool for summer time use.
