Welcome! If you are in Los Angeles for a vacation, business or just a short layover, you've found the perfect place to stay. Also ideal for couples as well! This light and bright Mar Vista home is located in a wonderful neighborhood. With easy access to restaurants and cafes on Washington Blvd & Venice Blvd. Marina Del Rey and Venice/Santa Monica beach is only about a 10/15 minute drive away, with public transportation literally around the corner. Large Separate unit above back of house with private entrance. Enter through the side gate and walk down a path to private entrance. We program 4 digit code of your choice for entry. No key required. New queen memory foam bed and new convertible full size couch sleep up to 3 comfortably. Fridge, microwave and kurig coffee maker with all the fixings provided. Shared use of backyard including tables, lounge chairs and hammock. We respect your privacy and are happy to answer any questions. Thanks.

Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops. Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).
