Road is not paved but well maintained. Close to Historical Gettysburg National Battlefield, hiking and fishing. I allow a pet under 30 lbs. with a fee of $ 20 per night. It is located 10 minutes from Shippensburg and Chambersburg. It is also about 30 minutes from Gettysburg Battlefield. Whitetail, Ski Liberty Resort, and Roundtop are all within an hour.

The Carriage House is within walking distance to downtown Carlisle and its many historic attractions.
