Great cabin located directly on Tims Ford Lake. Cabin has been updated and includes nice, well stocked kitchen as well as a deck (with grill). Enjoy our dock - fish, swim and use our two kayaks, paddle board and a canoe. Plenty of space to tie your boat up to our dock in a mostly private cove. Close to some great attractions - Jack Daniels Distillery (19 mi), Bonnaroo (25 mi), Univ. of the South (19 mi), Winchester (5 mi)

Kayak #2: single Pescador kayak. * Launch the Kayaks from the bottom of our ridge. * For boats: the boat ramp is 1/4 mile on Riverton Rd. * Wood burning outdoor fireplace on the open deck. Enjoy one of the 3 decks. Inside: * 3 queen beds, 1 bathroom, Central AC and heat, fresh bedding and towels, equipped kitchen. * Excellent WiFi at the cabin but cell service is spotty. Use WiFi calling.

Amazing two-story house nestled high up in the trees. A true treehouse! This treehouse sits amongst a forest of poplar trees and feels very secluded and private. It has spectacular views of Kentucky’s rolling hills as it looks out across the valley. This treehouse was hand built and handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Located just off of I65 outside the historical little town of Franklin, KY. We are located between Nashville (45min), Bowling Green (35min) and Mammoth Cave (55 min).

Stunnningly located on the bluff above a huge waterfall. Miles of trails and hundreds of acres to explore right here on the property. Eight State Parks within a half hour drive. World Famous Fiery Gizzard Trail Head is just 10 minutes away. Disclaimer: Waterfall flow is subject to fluctuations in temperature, seasonal droughts, & rainfall. Optimal waterfall flow seasons are fall, winter & spring". Camp shower closed in winter. Propane heater/fireplace & propane provided at extra charge.

Enjoy an evening with friends/family by the fire pit, or a daytime adventure down to the lake by way of walking trail and take the kayaks out on the water. We hope you'll enjoy our home, and the sounds of nature (and an occasional hoot from the resident owls) that come with it, as much as we do.
