Immersa nella campagna tipica del territorio dove le colline, tappezzate di campi di grano, di girasoli e di vigneti, avvolgono lo sguardo senza parsimonia. Very quiet environment, central position to visit the Frasassi caves, Fabriano, Jesi, Gubbio, Ancona, Perugia, Assisi, and the Adriatic coast. We rent out scooters.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
