An ideal location to use as a base for the wild Atlantic way with Galway, Westport, Sligo less than an hours drive away. 15 km to Knock airport, 3 km to knock, 2 to Claremorris. The house offers 2 living areas, spacious kitchen\dining room, 3 beds, 2 bath. The house offers a mix of modern and traditional features, with fully equipped kitchen, wood burner, oil central heating, WiFi and modern amenities.

Cosy Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, cosy space in the rolling countryside and just a 40 minute drive from Knock Airport. For something more lively there’s Westport and Castlebar, with their shops, bars and the beautiful coastline and beaches of the Wild Atlantic Way. The 2 friendly cats, Muffin and Bruce, prefer to live outside but like to say hello. When not away working, I stay in a chalet on a separate piece of land close by but not overlooking the cottage. I do respect guest privacy.

Saddleview Farm, Galway

Hi I'm Kieran and I welcome you to our beautiful farm in rural Galway, where you can relax and unwind in peaceful surroundings and get to know some of our animals. Get to meet our world renowned cutest and friendliest sheep in the world the Valais Blacknose, our KuneKune pigs, donkeys, horses, cats and dogs, while staying in your own self contained farm annexe. Ballindooley Castle

The Castle rests on about half an acre of land with Ballindooley Lake lying to the south west. It is surrounded by low walls and hedges: with a gated entrance controlled by an electronic security system. Features include 3 murders holes and a dungeon The castle was built by the DeBurgo family (approximately 1480). It had the distinction of being shelled by the British Gunboat ” Helga” during the1916 Rising to disband rebels
