Relax in your garden retreat, a private oasis by the lake. Dine or laze on the verandah, watch the birds come and go from the tall garden trees. Walk across the quiet cul de sac to plunge into the lake - also popular for canoeing, fishing, paddleboarding - or to catch spectacular sunsets. Stroll the beach path to the surf, cafes, grassy picnic areas, kids swim spots and playground. Follow the bike path north or south or explore canoe trails. Canoe and bikes included. The maximum number of guests is limited to 2 and pets are not permitted at any time. WE ARE A STRICTLY NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.

A very comfortable 2 bedroom granny flat in a great location, sea breezes and views. No air conditioner or washing machine. Close to Currimundi Lake and beaches. Lots of great coastal walking and bike tracks. Walk to Currimundi shops. 10 minute drive to University Hospital. It is wheelchair friendly with courtyard and verandah There is street parking directly at the front of the property, No on the driveway after unpacking your car as we need access to the garage.

Open plan lounge, kitchen to first bedroom. Has walk through bedroom/bathroom to the second bedroom. Can accommodate 4 adults but better suited to families.
