there is a living room with a corner couch that is easily transformed into a bed, situated in front of the fireplace that creates a warm and cozy atmosphere in the cold winter nights. The living room has a magnificent view to the lush garden. The open, built in kitchen has a table for four persons, is fully equipped with settings and all the necessary kitchenware and has a spacious refrigerator, a washing machine, an electric oven and four (4) ceramic hobs. The bedroom is located above the bathroom and the entrance hallway. It has a queen-size bed and a big built in closet and offers a view to the garden. When you open the main French window of the living room, you step out in a beautifully organized paved area with lawn and tall trees that offer complete privacy. In the garden, there is a table that can accommodate ten (10) persons, inviting you to enjoy a coffee, lunch or dinner with the company of friends any time of the day, with a view to the lush garden.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary. Our wooden home has been built with one thing in mind. Calmness and peace. Here you will have the chance to relax and enjoy nature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A full-size fridge, oven, microwave as well as an espresso coffeemaker. The bathroom is spacious and offers a rain-shower. The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove.
