[As of Nov 27] Reservations using Go To Travel Campaign for guests residing in Sapporo or Osaka city
Based on the recommendations announced by the government’s COVID-19 subcommittee on November 25, 2020, the following measures will be taken regarding reservations using the Go To Travel campaign for residents of Sapporo or Osaka City.

【Measures for new and existing reservations】
Residents of Sapporo or Osaka City are asked to carefully consider the infection risk of traveling and refrain from using the Go To Travel Campaign effective immediately until December 15th, for new and/or existing reservations.
If guests who are residing in Sapporo or Osaka city cancels the trip between November 27th Fri 7PM and December 7th Mon EOD, using the Go To Travel Campaign for all reservations that fall within the dates of November 27th to December 15th, the cancellation fee will be fully refunded. As long as one person residing in Sapporo or Osaka is included in the same reservation, the full amount is covered.
Please note that this cancellation will be handled in accordance with the notice from the Japan Tourism Agency and Go To Travel administrative Office and will be handled as follows.
- If the guest is confirmed to be a resident of Sapporo or Osaka, the cancellation of the relevant reservation will be free of charge.
- Please note that the initial cancellation fee hosts receive at this point may not be final. The final payout will be reimbursed in accordance with the Go To Travel campaign terms and conditions set by the administrative office. Please note that in some cases, you may not be reimbursed the full amount of the cancellation fee you have designated.
- Please note payouts will be processed after review by the Go To Travel administrative office, and may take some time.
Depending on the coronavirus situation, it is possible that similar measures may be taken in other areas. Other various measures may be required depending on the situation.
